Complimentary UK delivery on all standard orders. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival. Larger or high-value specimens may require specialist delivery or pallet shipping. Where this applies, delivery will be arranged after purchase or collection may be offered. For oversized items, collection from our Haddenham showroom may be required.

Every specimen is a genuine fossil or mineral, carefully sourced and selected. No replicas or reproductions — only authentic natural history.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in line with UK distance selling regulations.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. 
Due to the nature of certain large or specialist items, some pieces may be exempt from standard returns or require collection. This will be clearly stated in the product listing.
Any items returned that are not in their original condition, or are damaged due to inadequate packaging, may be subject to a reduced refund. If a return arrives significantly damaged, it may be returned to the buyer at their expense.

Fossils and minerals are natural pieces ad should be handled with care. We recommend displaying away from direct sunlight, moisture, and high humidity to preserve condition over time.
Framed and mounted specimens are ready for display, making them ideal for both collectors and interior spaces.
